Terms and Conditions

Deliverables of excellent service and/or product is our goal. In the event we can not deliver services, as agreed upon and or product as promised, all considerations will be taken to remedy and make satisfactory corrections within a 60 day timeframe
All conference deposits are non-refundable.
After final payments are made for an upcoming conference, and there is a cancellation request via email and by phone within 14 days of the conference/retreat, 90 percent of payment will be refunded, with the exception of the non-refundable deposit.
All materials used for the purpose of training/teaching and conferences is proprietary material and belongs to Transformational Writers Conference and Dana Austin Speaks, LLC.
Our events, online and in-person are respectful, operated with integrit, transparency and free from harassments, profanity or any untoward behaviors (including illicit drug use).
All efforts are made to keep our attendees, ambassadors and vendors safe. Anything that poses a threat to safety will be made know to all involved. Actions will be taken swiftly, to remove and or report any threat.
